There are 3 room categories to choose from: Type S (approx. 22 m²), Type M (approx. 27 m²) and Type L (approx. 33 m²). Some of the room types S, M and L have a balcony.
All student apartments are fully furnished and the quoted rents include all utilities and operating costs. There will be no additional costs.

The location in the middle of the pedestrian zone is excellent. Campus, bakeries, stores, restaurants and bars are within a few minutes walking distance.
There is a bus stop and parking spaces in close proximity to the apartments.
There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the building. If you have any questions or problems, you can contact the janitor or property management.
You could not live more central than this. The building is located on Buchbindergasse, the entrance is directly in the shopping street. The town square, bakeries, restaurants and stores are only a few minutes’ walk away. The campus is just a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the train station in 7 minutes.
